All items delivered, are delivered by courier and are normally delivered within 3 days of the order. We require that some one is present to receive delivery. We will contact you to arrange a time for delivery, so please ensure that you include your correct telephone number on your order. Where there is a delay in delivery we will contact you and give you a new delivery date.

Items will be shipped to anywhere on the island of Ireland only. For shipping to any other region please contact us by email at info@itp.ie

Shipping prices are as follows, for orders upto €50 shipping is €10, orders upto €100 euros shipping is €25, orders upto €350 shipping is €45 and for orders totalling over €350 shipping is €60.

Returns
Returns will be accepted, at the customers expense and if they are unused and in perfect condition. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods

Delivery Service:
We operate a system of pre-booked delivery days, we will phone to arrange delivery time approximately 1-3 days ahead of the actual delivery day.
When you place an order with us, a confirmation email is sent to you giving an expected week commencing date for delivery

Delivery Times:
Deliveries of Trellis ,Arches, post, Panels , compost bins , swing seats normally take between 5-10 working days. Gazebo deliveries take approximately 14 - 28 working days depending on the time of the season and stock levels .
